Calahaus provides property and hospitality management services through three divisions: Cala Homes (holiday home management), Cala Property Management (day-to-day operations), and Cala elements (furnishing and setup).

Specific service details, pricing, and scope are agreed upon separately in a service agreement after the initial evaluation. These Terms govern the general use of our website and the enquiry process.

Submitting a form on our website (Get Started, Contact, or Broker Referral) constitutes an enquiry and does not create a binding service agreement. A free evaluation is provided with no commitment required.

A service relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate service agreement outlining scope, pricing, and duration.

Brokers and referral partners who introduce property owners to Calahaus may be eligible for a 10% referral commission, paid when the referred owner signs a service agreement.

Calahaus reserves the right to verify referrals, reject duplicate or invalid submissions, and modify commission terms at its discretion. Commission details are confirmed directly with the referring partner.

Property owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, maintaining valid ownership documentation, and ensuring the property complies with local laws and regulations.

Owners must disclose any existing management agreements, liens, or legal issues that may affect the provision of services.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Calahaus and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

Calahaus provides services on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Access them at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement.
